Suppliers awarded contracts with any of the following coops or lead agencies are eligible to access the platform:

Coops: TXShare, AFI, MMSA

Lead Agencies: NCTCOG, City of Denton, City of Brownsville, City of Dallas

This list is growing — more suppliers will gain access as new partnerships are established.

If you are unable to access the platform, please contact our Supplier Enablement team at [email protected].

Suppliers can create user accounts on Civic Marketplace via two activation methods - Whitelisting & Self-Serve.

Whitelisted suppliers

Whitelisted suppliers will have their business profiles already created and accessible from the marketplace under the coop contracts awarded to them.

“Supplier users” will need to sign-up with their work email or get invited by existing team members (where applicable) to access their storefront/business profile dashboard.

This option can be completed in 3 steps as outlined below:

  • Complete the sign up form that appears by selecting "Sign Up", then select the "Suppliers" button from the Civic Marketplace website
  • Verify your work email address
  • Agree to the terms and conditions, and go through the onboarding value proposition cards

You may also sign up using Google or Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO).

Self-Serve

The second method is Self-Serve. This process allows suppliers to create their own business profiles or storefront, or join an already existing one by requesting access from existing team members.

Suppliers can do so by following the steps below.

Step 1 — Sign Up

To create your account:

  • Go to the Civic Marketplace sign-up page.

Step 3 — Create or Join Company

Once approved, you will get an email notification that you allow you finalize your user account, and access your company’s storefront dashboard.

Step 4 — Set Up Your Company Profile

If your company doesn’t exist yet, you’ll be redirected to setup your company profile and you will need the company’s TIN number for verification as per the instructions below.
