How to upload and edit a custom link

Custom links are a great way to add links to external sources related to your business. These could be your blog, a link to an external catalog, a conference you're attending, or anything else!

Note that you can already add links to your website and social media on the Company Details page, so we don't recommend using Custom Links for this kind of content.

How to add a custom link

  1. In your dashboard, go to Links.
  2. Click the Add a Link button in the upper right corner.
  3. In the modal, fill in the following details:
    • Title: The name you want to give your link.
    • URL: The URL of your link.
    • Cover: You have two options. If you choose Use preview from URL, the system will pull the Open Graph image from your URL — this is the image that appears when the link is shared, for example on social media. If you choose Upload an image, you'll need to upload a custom cover from your devi
  4. Once everything is set, click Add Link. Your custom link will now be live on your storefront.

Please note: if your link doesn't have an Open Graph image, the storefront won't be able to render a cover, and your custom link will appear empty. In this case, we recommend uploading a custom cover instead.

How to edit a custom link

Click the three dots on the custom link's cover and select Edit. This opens a modal with the same fields as above. Once you click Save Changes, the updated custom link will be live on your storefront.
