Agencies use our search tools to find suppliers based on keywords, service categories, and previously awarded contracts. By ensuring your profile is complete and up-to-date, you increase your chances of being matched with relevant procurement opportunities.
You'll receive email alerts for relevant opportunities matching your profile and you will be able to message agencies that already have the intention to buy your services.
Agencies have the ability to search within existing cooperative contracts and then request quotes or additional information from suppliers already on those agreements. Because the key terms and pricing are pre-established, the procurement process is significantly faster. Suppliers can promptly respond to these requests, helping agencies refine specifics like pricing or delivery. We’ll continue to support you at every stage, ensuring efficient communication, clear negotiations, and a smooth transition to contract finalization process.
Your service fees have already been established in your agreement with the cooperative or lead agency that awarded you a contract. There are no additional fees on Civic Marketplace. Our platform facilitates the entire payment process, providing detailed reports and invoices to ensure full transparency and accurate record-keeping for both agencies and suppliers. Suppliers can submit reports, and access their historical remuneration reports directly from their profile.
