After logging in, you'll land on your Home page — where content cards give you quick access to edit different sections of your supplier profile, along with links to your live storefront.

Here is a short video on managing your Supplier StoreFront on Civic Marketplace.

Company Profile

The first section of your company profile shows a number of cards that will redirect suppliers to different parts of their storefront including:

  • View Storefront - Clicking this button will redirect to the supplier’s storefront page on Civic Marketplace

  • Share your storefront - Pressing the button allows you to capture and share a link that directs users to your Civic Marketplace Supplier Profile.

  • Company Details - You can view and edit your company details in sections i.e. generic information including proof of insurance & your TIN number, about statements, online presence links, logo and cover image.

  • Profile Score - A percentage (%) rating showing the completeness of your supplier profile. You can deep dive and view more comprehensive analytics clearly showing what is and is not complete.

  • Availability  - Allows suppliers to indicate their availability/capacity to take on new business with options to choose from - accepting new orders, limited availability and not accepting orders.
  • Capacity & Volume - Suppliers can indicate the service categories they are well-positioned to serve by selecting the appropriate NIGP categories. Below this section, suppliers can indicate their capacity for each category. The goal is to help buyers consider your offerings more easily.

  • Services & Certifications - This section allows suppliers to manage the services they provide, together with their business certifications

  • Invite your team - Supplier users can invite and add fellow teammates to help manage your company profile

  • References - This section allows suppliers to request a reference from previous agencies to add trusted buyer feedback to your storefront.
  • Links - As a supplier you can use links to feature content and add custom resources to your company's storefront.
  • Video Reels - Suppliers can add and manage videos from any video-sharing platforms such as YouTube or Vimeo.
  • Catalogs  -This section allows suppliers to upload catalogs of products and services.

  • Addresses  - Suppliers often operate across multiple locations — add them here to display on your storefront.
